Where are you based?
I am based in London, Ontario. I'm from Toronto originally and lived in Scotland previously.
Where do you travel?
I travel to neighbouring cities within southern Ontario.
How do I secure my booking?
After you have been in touch and have checked availability with LUSTRE, you can secure your booking by paying the non-refundable deposit of $500. This fee is deducted from your final balance. You will also be sent a contract with all of the booking details. With both of these completed, your booking will be finalized.
What about tax?
HST (13%) is added on to all package prices.
How can I pay?
Easiest way to pay is through Interac E-transfer, but I also accept credit card via Paypal. There may be a small charge for Paypal transactions.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance (after your deposit is paid) will be due one calendar month prior to your wedding day.
What equipment do you use?
I shoot with Sony A7iii Mirrorless Cameras. In case of technical failure, I always bring backup equipment to each event.
What are your qualifications?
I am a Bachelor of Fine Art Graduate from York University with a specialism in photography and I am a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art with a Masters Degree in Fine Art Practice.
Do you offer Engagement / Pre wedding / Anniversary Shoots?
Yes! get in touch for details.
When will we receive our photographs ?
I don't like to make my clients wait too long! I try my best to get all files to couples within a month, with a preview of at least 10 photos within a few days.
Do you offer any videography?
No, unfortunately we are not currently offering new video bookings. Our business name used to be 'LUSTRE Video & Photography' but we have decided to focus on photography going forward.
Will we get a pre-wedding consultation?
Yes! All of my packages include a pre-wedding consultation. At the moment the preferred way to meet is through Zoom or a phone call.
